THESE PEOPLE TOOK MY MONEY AND DON'T HAVE A NUMBER TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON. BEWARE OF GO BANK, THERE WEBSITE IS A FRAUD AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER THEN THEY LEAVE YOU CONFUSED AND YOU NEVER GET ANYWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE IT JUST KEEPS GOING BACK TO THE SAME FIRST PAGE.

I AM SO PISSED OFF. THEN WHEN I DID GET A 1800 NUMBER I CALLED AND PUT IN THE CARD NUMBER AND THE RECORDING SAID THAT I HAD THE WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TO HANG UP.

WTF? WALMART SELLS THESE CARDS BEWARE OF GO BANK AND WALMART CARDS

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

GoBank Cons: I hate them scam artist.

they said my card was blocked and gave me email address to send my i’d but it doesn’t exist. i have 1600 sitting there. they have no manager.

Same thing happend to me. But If you call them and threaten them for a week and a half three or four times a day and tell them that you will call the authorities and that you have taken legal action and tell them you want a manager to call you back.

One with high up legal help and someone who is from this country and LITERALLY Harass them....

They might, just might give in. GRRRRRR!!!!
